The Santorini client journey consists of the following 5 steps:
Get to know you
We meet. We listen. We get to know you and what you want from life. We explain how we can help.
If you decide it’s not for you after the first meeting, you don’t pay anything.
If you decide to work with us, we’ll help set timeframes around your personal and financial goals over the next 5, 10, 20 or 30+ years. We’ll talk about how you feel about risk and we’ll bring all your finances together so we have a clear picture.
Research and planning
We research, analyse and model. We’ll look at things like your assets, liabilities and cash flow. We’ll assess your insurance coverage, any investments you have and your tax situation.
We develop your personal financial plan to make sure you don’t have to worry about money.
Visualise to realise
We talk it through with you. See what you think. We’ll make it visual using our financial planning software that shows your personal lifetime cash flow forecast and make sure you understand exactly what we recommend.
If there’s anything you’re not comfortable with we can adapt the plan – as long as it’s in your best interests.
We let you sleep on it, then we’ll agree the next steps.
Make it happen
We make it happen once you’re happy. This could include setting up the right products, investments or tax arrangements. We act as your coach and co-ordinate everything for you, dealing with your lawyer, accountant and product providers if needed.
But it doesn’t always lead to setting up something new. Sometimes all you need is peace of mind that someone’s keeping your existing strategy on track.
Keep on track
Getting sorted financially is a bit like getting fit and staying fit. You can’t go to the gym once and expect to stay fit for life. It just doesn’t work that way.
Financial planning is the same.
We update your lifetime cash flow forecast with new data when it needs, to make sure everything stays on track. And we talk regularly so you know what’s going on.
